At The Crochet Edit, we use high-quality, eco-friendly yarns that are soft to the touch and durable for everyday use. Most of our products are made with 100% cotton yarn, perfect for keychains, toys, and home decor. We also use recycled and natural fibers wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.


2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic orders: Typically 5-7 business days.
  • International orders: Typically 10-21 business days (depending on customs).

Please note that shipping times can sometimes be affected by holidays or customs delays.


3. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we love making custom pieces! Whether it’s a personalized keychain, a special toy, or a custom home decor item, we’d be happy to bring your vision to life. Please contact us through our Contact Page or email us at hello@thecrochedit.com with your request.


4. Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to love your crochet pieces! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer returns or exchanges on items that are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.

5. How do I care for my crochet items?

To keep your crochet products looking their best:

  • Keychains & Toys: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking them in water.
  • Home Decor (e.g., plant holders): Gently hand wash and lay flat to dry. Avoid hanging them in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.
  • Always store your crochet items in a cool, dry place when not in use.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

We do offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. If you’d like to add a special touch to your order, simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout.

We also offer gift cards in various amounts. They are perfect for those who want to give the gift of handmade crochet but let the recipient choose their own item.


8. How do I stay updated on new products and sales?

9. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once your order is placed, we start processing it right away to ensure quick shipping. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thecrochedit.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in processing.


10. What should I do if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us with your order details and tracking number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
